Unfortunately, Yuki does not allow any refunds or returns unless authaurised at the discretion of management, which will be subject to a 20% handling charge. The buyer is to bring any requests for refunds or returns to our attention within 48 hours of acquiring the goods. Please do not return orders without prior written consent from Yuki Management.
