Unfortunately, Yuki does not allow any refunds or returns unless authaurised at the discretion of management, which will be subject to a 20% handling charge. The buyer is to bring any requests for refunds or returns to our attention within 48 hours of acquiring the goods. Please do not return orders without prior written consent from Yuki Management. Any orders returned must be done so at your own expense directly to our offices in Kew, Johannesburg. Branded goods will be charged in full and no branded or customised goods will be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.
